It's been difficult for homebuyers recently, who are being simultaneously squeezed by rising mortgage rates and ever-higher home prices. But at long last, some relief seems to be on the horizon.Home prices are still growing, but they're definitely beginning to slow. Rates took a step back this week going down to the lowest pace since January.

It is a thriving, walkable area of the city, alive with restaurants, offices, high-income residents, businesses, museums, and universities. Rittenhouse Square is a well-known, upscale tourist area convenient to public transportation. These Fine Craft Fairs typically draw more than 150 fine craftsmen from across the country to downtown Philadelphia.
